How We Started
Our love for fermented foods stems from a story of finding healing after a long search for a way out of what seemed like illness that could only be treated symptomatically with regular medication. Not being willing to accept this as what "should be", I started fermenting vegetables and Kombucha and found that my energy levels, health, and immunity have improved significantly. I soon started making more as my wife also really loved it and found she was feeling better than her already awesome state of being. Not long into this journey we started sharing with friends and they shared with theirs, who then would ask us to sell them some. What started as a hobby to help myself and others heal soon became a small side business to help others improve their lives. We now want to share our amazing foods, made with the same love and small batches as wehen we started, with everyone we can reach. Life is created and we get to help life be more full.
